WinPig is not a gambling, lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, betting, or gaming application.
The application operates as a membership-based entertainment and engagement platform. Users pay a fixed monthly membership fee of $2.99 (UK members £2.99 / US members $2.99) to access platform features, content, quizzes, competitions, community activities, and member benefits. The membership fee is not a payment for entries, tickets, chances, odds, wagers, or gambling activities.
Members cannot purchase tickets, buy additional entries, increase their odds of winning, place bets, stake money, or make any form of wager. All members have equal access to platform activities regardless of how long they have been subscribed or how much they have spent.
The platform includes quiz-based activities, skill-based challenges, educational content, and promotional competitions. Participation in these activities may provide opportunities to receive prizes; however, the membership fee is solely for access to the platform and is not tied to any specific competition or prize.
Unlike gambling products, users cannot spend additional money to improve their chances of winning. There are no ticket sales, no betting mechanisms, no lotteries, no casino-style games, no sports betting, and no random chance wagering systems.
The platform operates similarly to a subscription publication, magazine, newspaper, or membership club that offers quizzes, promotions, member rewards, and prize opportunities as part of the overall membership experience. The subscription provides access to the platform itself, not to a gambling or wagering product.
For these reasons, WinPig is classified as a subscription-based quiz and rewards platform rather than a gambling application.
WinPig membership is a monthly subscription that unlocks the platform. You agree to pay $2.99 per month, billed through our payment partners (for example GoCardless or Stripe). You may cancel at any time. The fee is for membership access only. It is not a stake, ticket, or wager.
You must create an account, be at least 18, and hold an active membership before you can enter competitions.
Activate membership first, then play quizzes and skill-based challenges. Correct answers are required to qualify for entry where a competition uses a skill or quiz question. One account is limited to one entry per competition unless that competition says otherwise. There is no option to buy extra entries or improve your position by paying more.
Competitions may be limited to the UK, the US, or both. You may only enter competitions that match your membership region. Void where prohibited. Inactive, cancelled, or region-mismatched memberships cannot enter, and those entries are not included if a winner is selected.
Some member activities include an opportunity to receive a prize as part of the membership experience. Prize details appear on each competition page. If you are selected, you will be notified and can submit shipping details from My Wins. You must claim within the deadline shown on that competition (typically 7–90 days). WinPig and the relevant merchant are responsible for fulfilment. Apple is not a sponsor of any prize promotion.
Keep one genuine account. Do not use bots, multiple identities, or other abuse to enter. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of WinPig and is not involved in membership, quizzes, competitions, or prizes offered through the app. Questions should be sent to WinPig support, not to Apple.
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Prize shipping details are used only to fulfil a prize you have claimed.
